  • 1/2 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Vegan Magic Shell:

  • 1/3 cup refined coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate crumb crust: Mix oats, sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press into a pan.
  2. Make the chocolate cheesecake filling: Blend cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over crust.
  3. Create the Vegan Magic Shell: Melt coconut oil, then stir in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake. Chill before serving.
