Description

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Mousse

  • 350 grams silken tofu
  • 34 tbsp smooth peanut butter to taste
  • 34 tbsp agave syrup to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 100 grams 70% dark chocolate chips
  • 400g tin full fat coconut milk (only the creamy part at the top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mousse: Blend silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Make the Chocolate Ganache: Melt dark chocolate and mix with the creamy part of coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Layer the Mousse and Ganache: Alternate layers of the peanut butter mousse and chocolate ganache in serving glasses.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the mousse by adding more or less agave syrup.
  • Feel free to top with crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings for an extra crunch.
