Units Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1012 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
  2. Combine filling: In a large bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cheeses, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Fill tortillas: Warm tortillas, spoon chicken mixture into each, and fold.
  4. Bake: Arrange tacos in the dish, brush tops with oil or butter, and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  5. Top and serve: Remove from oven, add lettuce and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill tortillas to prevent splitting.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
  • Rotisserie chicken works well for this recipe.
