- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Yellow Onion sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 Celery Stalk diced
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
Seasonings:
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
Other:
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Chicken Boullion Powder
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with spices and sear in a hot skillet.
- Sauté Veggies: Cook onions, peppers, and celery in butter until soft, then add flour to make a roux.
