Description

  • 23 cups fresh broccoli florets, uncooked
  • 10.5 oz. Cream of Chicken Soup, (condensed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated

Optional Seasonings:

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Casserole Topping:

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Season and cook the chicken until golden brown.
  2. Prepare the Rice: Simmer rice with broccoli until cooked through.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Mix in chicken, soup, milk, sour cream, and cheese.
  4. Bake: Transfer to casserole dish, top with cheese, and bake.
