Chicken Cutlets:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 egg whisked with a splash of milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Panko
- Vegetable oil for frying
Garlic Butter:
- 4 tbsp salted butter, slightly melted
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Others:
- 4 hoagies or baguette
- 3–4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped or shredded
Instructions
- Make the chicken cutlets: Slice chicken breasts horizontally, bread with egg and breadcrumbs, fry until golden brown.
- Prepare garlic butter: Spread on bread halves and toast.
- Whisk Caesar dressing: Toss with chopped romaine.
- Build the sandwich: Layer chicken, salad, and Parmesan on toasted bread halves. Serve immediately.

- You can add grilled chicken or bacon to enhance the flavor.
- Substitute romaine with kale or spinach for a different twist.
