Instructions

- Prepare teriyaki sauce: Mix soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar.
- Cook chicken: Sauté marinated chicken, then add garlic and teriyaki sauce.
- Shape onigiri: Wet hands, scoop rice, add filling, shape into triangles, and wrap with nori.
