  • 48g Granulated sugar
  • 15g Cornstarch
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 240ml Whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 225g Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 120ml Heavy cream
  • 30g Unsalted butter
  • 60g Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ganache: Combine chocolate, cream, and butter, melt, chill until firm.
  2. Make Mochi: Combine dry ingredients, add milk, microwave till translucent, knead with oil.
  3. Assemble: Flatten mochi, add ganache, enclose, roll in cocoa powder.

Notes
