Main Ingredients:
- 150g Glutinous rice flour
- 48g Granulated sugar
- 15g Cornstarch
- 15g Cocoa powder
- 240ml Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 225g Semi-sweet chocolate
- 120ml Heavy cream
- 30g Unsalted butter
- 60g Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare Ganache: Combine chocolate, cream, and butter, melt, chill until firm.
- Make Mochi: Combine dry ingredients, add milk, microwave till translucent, knead with oil.
- Assemble: Flatten mochi, add ganache, enclose, roll in cocoa powder.
