Description

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Churro Layers:

  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon for topping.
  3. Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla; blend until creamy.
  4. Layering: Spray baking pan, sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar. Roll out one can of dough, press into pan, spread cream cheese mixture, top with second dough can.
  5. Bake: Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
