Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Churro Layers:
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon for topping.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla; blend until creamy.
- Layering: Spray baking pan, sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar. Roll out one can of dough, press into pan, spread cream cheese mixture, top with second dough can.
- Bake: Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can customize the sweetness by adjusting the amount of sugar in the filling or topping.
