  • 0.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning mix for rice

For Creamy Cajun Sauce:

  • 15 g butter for sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning mix for sauce
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g light cream cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cajun Seasoning Blend: Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, and chili powder.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Coat chicken with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare Garlic Rice: Sauté onion and garlic, add Cajun seasoning, stir in rice until coated.
