- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 0.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning mix for rice
For Creamy Cajun Sauce:
- 15 g butter for sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning mix for sauce
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g light cream cheese
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cajun Seasoning Blend: Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, and chili powder.
- Marinate Chicken: Coat chicken with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Prepare Garlic Rice: Sauté onion and garlic, add Cajun seasoning, stir in rice until coated.
- Make Creamy Cajun Sauce: Melt butter, stir in Cajun seasoning, whisk in milk, add cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
