- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Crumb Coat:

- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- For brushing
Dipping Sauce (optional):
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare Crab Mixture: Combine crabmeat, mayo, egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot sauce, Old Bay, salt, and breadcrumbs. Chill for 30 mins.
- Coat and Bake: Form crab mixture into balls, roll in crumbs, brush with butter, and bake at 450F for 15 mins.
