  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Lousiana hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Crumb Coat:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • For brushing

Dipping Sauce (optional):

  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crab Mixture: Combine crabmeat, mayo, egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot sauce, Old Bay, salt, and breadcrumbs. Chill for 30 mins.
