This Crock Pot Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole is a delicious and comforting dish perfect for a family meal. Layers of tater tots, chicken, bacon, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

- 32 ounce (907 g) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounce block of cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
- 1/3 cup milk
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- PREP: Cook bacon until crispy, crumble it, and cut chicken into cubes. Coat slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- START LAYERING TATER TOTS, BACON, & CHEESE: Layer tater tots, bacon, and cheese in the slow cooker.
- MAKE CHICKEN, RANCH, & CREAM CHEESE LAYER: Add chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and more bacon and cheese.
- TOP WITH ANOTHER LAYER OF TOTS AND CHEESE: Add remaining tater tots, cheese, and milk.
- COOK: Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Ranch seasoning can be store-bought or homemade.
- Recipe can be prepped ahead of time.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
