- 16 oz penne pasta
- 3 cups beef stock (or water)
- 2 lbs meatballs
- 2 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Place dry noodles in a deep 9X13 dish.
- Add beef stock to noodles and stir.
- Add meatballs, marinara, and alfredo sauce; stir.
- Cover with foil and bake at 425 for 30-35 mins.
- Top with mozzarella, bake for 5-7 mins.
- Allow to sit before serving.
Notes
- You can make your own meatballs if desired.
- Use a deep 9X13 casserole dish to avoid spillage.
