Description

A quick and easy Dump & Bake Meatball Casserole recipe that requires minimal prep and delivers a delicious, cheesy meal in under an hour.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz penne pasta
  • 3 cups beef stock (or water)
  • 2 lbs meatballs
  • 2 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Place dry noodles in a deep 9X13 dish.
  3. Add beef stock to noodles and stir.
  4. Add meatballs, marinara, and alfredo sauce; stir.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 425 for 30-35 mins.
  6. Top with mozzarella, bake for 5-7 mins.
  7. Allow to sit before serving.
