Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 3 large nori sheets
  • furikake, for garnish
  • 1 green onion, for garnish
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cook Sushi Rice: Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare Vinegar Mixture: Combine rice vinegar and sugar, then mix into cooked rice.
  3. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400℉.
  4. Combine Salmon Mixture: Mix salmon, soy sauce, Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, and sesame oil.
  5. Assemble Sushi Cups: Layer nori, rice, and salmon mixture in muffin tins.
  6. Bake: Bake at 400℉ for 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Drizzle with sauces, garnish with furikake and onions before serving.
