Topping:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Heavy Cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 tbsps Fresh Mint, chopped (optional)
  • Key Lime Zest or Lime Zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Combine crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake.
  2. Prepare the filling: Mix egg yolks, condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and vanilla.
