  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork: Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger: Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix: Cook for 5–7 minutes until veggies tenderize.
  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha: Stir well and cook for another minute or two.
  6. Finish and serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
