- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preparation: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground pork: Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger: Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in coleslaw mix: Cook for 5–7 minutes until veggies tenderize.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha: Stir well and cook for another minute or two.
- Finish and serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
