  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

To Assemble:

Instructions

  1. For the Crust: In a blender, pulse together flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Add egg and milk, then shape into a disc and refrigerate. Roll out dough, press onto tart pan, and bake until golden.
  2. For the Custard: Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and milk. Cook until thickened, then whisk in vanilla and butter. Pour onto cooled crust and chill.
  3. To Assemble: Top with fresh fruit and refrigerate until ready to eat.
