- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
