Seasoning:
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley – chopped
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 400*F. Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
- Mix the topping: Combine parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl.
- Prep the Pork Chops: Rub pork chops with olive oil.
- Coat with Seasoned Topping: Spread garlic Parmesan mixture over pork chops.
- Bake: Drizzle olive oil over pork chops and bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Rest and serve: Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
