  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch red pepper flakes

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley – chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 400*F. Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan for easy cleanup.
  2. Mix the topping: Combine parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Prep the Pork Chops: Rub pork chops with olive oil.
  4. Coat with Seasoned Topping: Spread garlic Parmesan mixture over pork chops.
  5. Bake: Drizzle olive oil over pork chops and bake for 18-22 minutes.
  6. Rest and serve: Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
