- 6–7 Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with spices and oil. Let it sit while preparing potatoes.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Sauté garlic, add flour, milk, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened, then stir in cheeses.
- Assemble the Dish: Layer potatoes, pour sauce over them, and place chicken on top. Brush with BBQ sauce.
