Main Crepe Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- 1 pack Vanilla

- 220 g heavy whipping cream
- 20 g sugar
- 2 fresh mangoes cubed
Instructions
- Mix the Batter: Combine milk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add flour and melted butter, mix well.
- Cook Crepes: Cook batter in a pan to make crepes. Set aside.
- Whip Cream: Whip cream and sugar until stiff.
- Assemble: Layer crepes with whipped cream and mangoes. Roll into a crepe roll.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 30 mins, then slice and serve.
