Berries:
- 1 pound strawberries (quartered)
- 6 ounces blueberries
- 5 tablespoons sugar (divided)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 6 ounces raspberries
Cream:
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup cassis liqueur or raspberry liqueur
Other:
- 20 to 22 soft ladyfingers
Instructions
- Macerate Berries: Mix quartered strawberries, blueberries, 2 tbsp sugar, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Prepare Cream: Whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, 3 tbsp sugar, and vanilla until thick.
- Assemble Tiramisu: Dip ladyfingers in cassis liquid, layer in dish with cream and macerated berries. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Work quickly when dipping ladyfingers to prevent them from falling apart.
- Let tiramisu sit at room temperature for 20 minutes if refrigerated for longer than 2 hours.
