Berries:

  • 1 pound strawberries (quartered)
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 5 tablespoons sugar (divided)
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 6 ounces raspberries

Cream:

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cassis liqueur or raspberry liqueur

Other:

  • 20 to 22 soft ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Macerate Berries: Mix quartered strawberries, blueberries, 2 tbsp sugar, and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare Cream: Whip mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, 3 tbsp sugar, and vanilla until thick.
  3. Assemble Tiramisu: Dip ladyfingers in cassis liquid, layer in dish with cream and macerated berries. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Work quickly when dipping ladyfingers to prevent them from falling apart.
  • Let tiramisu sit at room temperature for 20 minutes if refrigerated for longer than 2 hours.
