Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare vegetables and sausage: Toss kielbasa, potatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast: Roast for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
