- 1 pound ground pork

- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook noodles: Set aside after cooking and rinsing.
- Brown pork: Cook pork with 1/4 cup green onions in peanut oil.
- Whisk sauce: Combine broth, mirin, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Combine ingredients: Add noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce to skillet.
