- Beat egg white: Beat egg white with liquid in a bowl.
- Prepare cinnamon sugar mixture: Whisk sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat pecans: Mix pecans with egg white, then add cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake: Spread on baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes.
