Main Ingredients:
- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pound ground Italian sausage
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil + more for garnish
- shredded Parmesan for garnish

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil rigatoni until al dente, then reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Brown Sausage: Add Italian sausage, cook until browned.
- Simmer Sauce: Pour in crushed tomatoes and cream, simmer for flavor melding.
- Combine & Serve: Toss cooked pasta in sauce, adding pasta water as needed. Garnish with basil and Parmesan.
