Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix dry ingredients: Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mash bananas: Mash bananas in a separate bowl.
