Main Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Buffalo Sauce:
- 4 oz unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 cup Franks RedHot Sauce
- 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Blue Cheese Spread:
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp buttermilk
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Simmer chicken with stock, water, and salt until cooked through. Pull apart when cool.
- Make Buffalo Sauce: Whisk together all sauce ingredients, simmer, and set aside.
- Prepare Blue Cheese Spread: Whisk together all ingredients and set aside.
- Assemble Sliders: Simmer pulled chicken in Buffalo sauce, then pile onto buns with lettuce and blue cheese spread.
Notes
- Adjust Buffalo sauce heat level by adjusting sriracha and hot sauce amounts.
- For a milder version, reduce or omit sriracha.
