Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with this Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Recipe. Sourdough bread slathered with garlic butter, loaded with a blend of gooey cheeses, and grilled to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Toum or use TOOM Original Garlic Dip for a shortcut
  • 1/2 cup Havarti Cheese shredded (or another one of your fav cheesy easy melters)

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter and mix in the minced garlic and parsley to create a flavorful garlic butter.
  2. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-low and place the sandwiches buttered-side down.
  5. Grill until golden and cheese starts to melt, then flip and repeat.
  6. Press lightly with a spatula for an even melt.
  7. Slice and serve immediately for that perfect cheesy pull.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the boldest flavor.
  • Mix and match cheeses to suit your taste.
  • Avoid overcooking; low heat ensures the cheese melts before the bread burns.
