Description

This Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta recipe is a flavorful and comforting dish that combines tender chicken with al dente spaghetti in a creamy garlic butter sauce.

  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces spaghetti Or any favorite pasta shape

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh minced parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti back into the skillet, toss to combine, and add reserved pasta water as needed.

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
  • Use thinly sliced chicken for faster cooking and reserve pasta water for sauce consistency.
