- 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 ounces spaghetti Or any favorite pasta shape
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 8 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh minced parsley for garnish (optional)

- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti back into the skillet, toss to combine, and add reserved pasta water as needed.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
- Use thinly sliced chicken for faster cooking and reserve pasta water for sauce consistency.
