- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped (keep seeds if you want it spicy)
Instructions
