Main Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or 1/4 ground
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled, deveined and tails removed if desired
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl.
